SHIPPING QUESTIONS

Q. I ordered a book, when can i expect it?

A. All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. NEW RELEASES, while available on the first for purchase, sometimes aren’t quite to us from the printer. still, we are normally able to ship them out the first week of the month.

 

Q. When do subscriptions ship?

A. subscription orders are compiled by the end of the month and while normal sales go online on the first of the month, every once in a while we are still waiting for books to arrive on our end. normally newly released books are shipping inside of the first week of the month.

Q. Do you ship internationally?

A. Yes we do. While we offer free shipping domestic (USA) aN additional shipping fee ( $10 on subscriptions and current international rates on larger orders determined by weight) will be added for any international orders and is automatically added at checkout.

Q. Can i pay to upgrade my shipping?

A. All books are shipped USPS Media Mail. If there is a special need, please email us along with your order.

Q. how do i check the status of my order?

A. When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Q. i received a damaged book, can i get a new one?

A. we realize things happen with shipping. while it isn’t often, sometimes things don’t go as planned. if your book arrives damaged, simply let us know along with a couple of photos and we will be happy to send you another.

 

Q. I Need To change my address to a new location, how do i do this?

A. Unfortunately our website store now requires all subscriptions to be cancelled and resigned up for with the new address. if you need to unsubscribe, as long as you resubscribe inside of the same month, you will see no change to your delivery and books will come uninterrupted.

Q. Can i return my book for a refund or exchange it for another one?

A. due to the nature of what we are offering we cannot allow any exchanges, returns or refunds on any opened packages. if it is discovered that an error has been made with your order please contact us as soon as possible.

Q. Can i Cancel my order?

A. please contact us within 24hrs of placing your order. sometimes books go out before then and cannot be cancelled once shipped.

Q. how can i become a published black dagger artist

A. currently submissions are closed and we have our eyes on or communication is happening with those we intend to publish into the Foreseeable future. that being said, if you would like to have us consider your work: please email us.

Q. Do you pay your artists?

A. yes, we are working artists also and believe in artists getting paid. every one who participates is compensated. every subscription and book purchase helps us ensure we are able to pay artists for their inspiring work.

Q. Can i find your books in stores or is there a local pickup option?

A. currently, there are no brick and mortar locations available for pickup, while we do wholesale…. If anyone is interested in carrying our books in stock please inquire via email.
